Im 21 weigh 115 and 5’8. I had a baby 5 months ago and I want to star exercising to loose my belly fat. What exercises do i need to do, how many and for how long. I have never exercises, please help.

hey! I recommend running to tone up over all, as well as a lifting regimen, and ab related workouts like crunches; unfortunately fat isnt a ‘spot’ treatment, it works over your whole body, so I really recommend running and lifting, it does wonders. strengthening your core with ab workouts will make the experience go a lot easier for you.Hope this helps!
