WHICH EXCERCISE SHOULD I DO TO IMPROVE MY STANDING BROAD JUMP FROM 8 FEET TO 10 FEET ATLEAST? I REGULARLY DO PLYOMETRIC PUSH UPS , ONE LEG CALF RAISES,ISOMETRIC PISTOL SQUAT WALL SIT,LUNGES VARIATIONS,WIDE LEG SQUATS ETC IN MY ROUTINE. MY AGE IS 20 AND WEIGHT IS 60 KGS . I AM MALE WITH NO MEDICAL ISSUES. PLEASE SUGGEST ME BODYWEIGHT EXCERCISE BEACUSE I HAVE NO ACCESS TO GYM SO I DO ONLY BODYWEIGHT EXCERCISES

Work on your swinging technique, make sure that your arms swing match your body moment.Work on your biceps and calfs since thwy play an important role with getting you a good lift.
