hi everyone I am a female 20 years old 5ft and currently weigh 55kg it has been 2 years since I have birth and last year I decided to join the gym and went from 64kg to 55kg but then out it all on again as I moved home and never got round to joining gym and so went back to 58kg and then joined gym and now I’m back to 55kg my waist has gone from 31inch to 29inch but my waist has remained 38inch why am I not losing anything on my tummy since exercising my tummy feels so loose and flabby like it’s just water in there it’s so easy to grab and squish what can I do to get rid of my tummy I’m losing the lbs but nothing from my tummy Help please
