hi I’m a female 15 I’m 5’3 and 122 pounds. i want to lose some fat that i have on my stomach and thighs in particular so i decided to start weight training. I’m very confused as to how much I’m supposed to be doing can someone please tell me how many exercises per muscle group, sets, reps, etc. thank you:)))
