So I am a 21 yr old 176 pound male with over 30 percent body fat. I don’t want to be a big guy when I get older I want to be strong, toned, etc etc but basically… Where do I start!? I’ve researched so much and it’s all so confusing. I know it takes time for results but I don’t want to spend two years to get the body I want. (Just a random period of time). My goal is..idk just a hotter, healthier body
