Hi I’m a girl who’s neither underweight or overweight. I’m 17, 5″2 and weigh 48kg. How do I get big thighs while keeping my stomach flat (tight and defined with abs, not full-on abs just the visible lines)? I’ve got the body shape for it. I’m pear shaped. I’ve seen people who have small waists with ab lines while also having big thighs so I know it’s possible but how? Big thighs means gaining more weight (=eating more) and small waist with abs means having low body fat (=eating less) so I don’t know what to do. I’m not looking to have huge flabby thighs or muscle-y ones either. I just want it firm. Will squats help to firm big thighs? As for my stomach It’s quite flat (25 inches), but not completely if you know what I mean. I’m currently doing ab workouts and I was wondering if it’ll work to make my stomach look like this photo: http://pixshark.com/big-thighs-small-waist-women.htm It’s probably photo shopped to make the waist look a lot smaller, but I’m talking about the definition of her stomach, how it’s tight and has lines. Help!
