Ok so I’m 14y/o, i’m male.
I weigh around 90kg/200lbs rn.
I am 185cm/6’1 tall.
On my arms you can see my biceps and triceps so they look kinda buffed up.
While my chest is loose rn and my I got a lot of belly fat, my upper leg also looks fat but my lower legs look muscular. English ain’t my first language so idk if this is correct translation I operated hernia when I was 3years old and I’ve been told when I was lil that I shouldn’t carry heavy stuff or jump from big heights. I’m not sure if I translated correctly but you normally need to operate that when u carried too heavy stuff so smth happened with muscle fibers. (Sorry for bad english)
My goal is to slim down to around 78kg/170lbs and get most of the fat to muscle as well get abs. I’m willing to workout for longer than a year but I want that results in maybe half a year less if it’s possible, if not I’m gonna continue strong. In the first month/2 I wanna lose as much fat as i can can while building my chest, arms and legs, mostly chest.
I started working out yesterday and did these workouts:
Squats: 30, 25, 20
Pushups: 12 then 8 (couldn’t do 10) then 6
Sit-ups:25 then 18 and 16 (18 and 16 with a 5kg weight added)
Plank: 1min, 45sec, 30sec
Wall sit: 1min, 45sec, 30sec
Then I switch to 10kg dumbbells:
Sitting Alternated Biceps Curl 12, 10, 8 (both arms do 12 one at time idk if I said it properly, also today I did like 10 sets of 5 each hand at the end)
Seated Concentrated Curl 10, 8, 6
Incline Bench Press 10, 8, 6
And after doing a lot of biceps curl’s I ended it with 5 pushups barely did all of them but the 5 one was all wiggly the others were fine.
