I started to do cardio and really need to start doing some Strength training but i have no idea how much I’m supposed to do or what groups per week and when can someone give me a general guideline of the number of times per week i should strength train and what muscle group each of the days? also can someone give me a general estimate of how much exercise will be put on one muscle group at a time like if you go to the gym what do you do for legs?
