Hi , my name is zeina , 22 years old , 5ft and 51 kgs ( 112 pounds) . im currently looking to lose 5-7 kg (10-15 pounds). but my main goal more than losing fat is toning up. i am doing the warrior diet for two days now and im feeling great. more alert , not thinking of food and just focusing on what i have to get done. i workout during my fasted state 12-1:30 pm and my feast would be at 8 usually. my question is , i know the warrior diet will make me loose body fat while getting toned like crazy, but im scared i will loose my boobs and butt. mostly because toning and lifting my butt is one of my main goals and i have enough fat to work with already and i dont want that to go away. so is there any kind of of eating+ workout i can do to counter this while doing the warrior diet??
