Hello, I’m a 20 yr old female, I was formerly morbidly obese (330+) and am down to 265, aiming for 200 currently. I’ve been working very hard, and over the past 2 months I picked up running along with strength training, and now run about 3.7km whereas when I started I was at about 1km.
I’m having trouble increasing my distance anymore I think due to my current weight, but I will most definitely keep trying. Do you guys think or know from experience, if I keep running what I am (and my diet is very good) for about a month or less depending, will I lose a bit more weight and be able to increase my distance, or will I stop making progress and be in a strange moot vortex?
