Hi i am 22 years old. I currently weigh 138.4 lbs. It has been a year and a half since i had my twins. And i really need help in getting back in shape but i don’t know what type of workouts to do. My problem i have is the loose skin i was left with due to my belly stretching so much during my pregnancy. And my c section scar causes my belly to look like a pooch and it hangs. I really just want to tighten up that area and get rid of the fat. I’m just looking to create a weekly workout plan to get my tummy tighter and flat. I also want to work on my arms because i feel like they need to be toned because they just don’t look to great too. I just really need help creating a weekly workout plan to reach my goals.
