Hello, i am 16 years old and work out in the gym everyday this is my schedule:
Monday : chest + triceps
Tuesday : back + shoulders
Wednesday : bicep + abs
Thursday : leg day Friday : chest + triceps
Saturday : back + shoulders
Sunday : bicep + abs I exercise for max 2 hours everyday at the gym.
Could I keep doing this or is this overtraining?
What’s your goal?
I would say just make sure you strech before so you don’t injure yourself. I just recently got over a very serious injury, don’t want that to happen too you!
