An example meal plan could be as follows:
Meal 1
4 eggs scrambled on whole wheat toast
Meal 2
6oz chicken. 1 cup rice. 1 cup vegetables
Meal 3
Protein Powder and banana
Meal 4
6oz ground beef and 1 cup beans. 1 cup salad with olive oil dressing.
Meal 5
1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup pineapple.
Of course these numbers and amounts will vary greatly depending on what your goals are.
