hi ,iam vishnu! last one year i workouting at gym, but i have small chest, my chest is not growing ! i workout 2 days in week only for chest. i don't know how it is happent!! can you help? plz give me a good sugestion!

Exercises that build mass on your chest are chest presses and the thousands of variants of this exercise.


Start doing bench presses, dumbell presses, incline and decline variants, and pushups.


Focus on adding weight to the exercises each and every week and your chest will have no choice but to grow.


Remember to eat a surplus of calories to allow your chest to grow. You cannot expect it to grow if you do not provide it with enough nutrients to do so.
